Filmmaker Magazine case study: Alternative Distribution Routes

< Filmmaker Magazine has published an excellent case study article on the alternative routes some indie films take to make it into the eyeballs of an audience.  These are real world films with struggling filmmakers at the helm, who've had different degrees of success in the indie distribution game.  If you think getting into Sundance is the end zone, wait until you see the long list of deliverables from a distributor.  If it feels like you need to spend more Kickstarter money just to "get it out there," you're correct. And remember, these are the success stories that didn't hit the home run.
